Alex co-founded WT and has spent more than a decade handling his clients’ most sophisticated business litigation and class action matters in federal courts across the country. He has served as lead counsel in dozens of class actions — never having a class paid — and holds a 3–0 first-chair jury trial record. His practice spans consumer class actions, privacy litigation, and complex commercial disputes.
