Overview
Logan is a commercial litigator with experience representing Fortune 50 companies and other high-profile clients in disputes with billions at stake. His experience includes class actions (TCPA, CIPA, FTSA, VTPPA, Rosenthal Act, and others), mass arbitrations, and antitrust, securities, bankruptcy, and business-tort matters. He has successfully prosecuted and defended complex cases at every stage, from pre-suit investigation through appeal, and advises businesses on related compliance policies. He also volunteers with legal-aid organizations.
Before joining WT, Logan clerked for the Honorable Alia Moses, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, and practiced at a Manhattan litigation boutique.
Logan earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was Lead Articles Editor of the Journal of Law & Politics, interned with the Appellate Section of the U.S. Department of Justice’s Criminal Division in Washington, D.C., and worked for a Virginia trial-court judge. Before law school, he triple-majored in economics, political science, and history at the University of Florida, graduating summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa in three years.
