Ryan is a nationally recognized litigator and founding partner of WT. He has served as lead counsel in approximately 600 national class actions — and in none has a class been paid. His experience spans TCPA, privacy, false advertising, FCRA, FDCPA, CIPA, and complex commercial matters across more than two dozen jurisdictions and six federal circuits.
